Spring is here, and The Blind Pig Parlour Bar is bringing the best of the season to life with a Southern-inspired celebration full of color, charm, and all the things we love about spring! Starting Friday, March 7th, our vibrant pop-up experience will immerse you in the spirit of Springtime, with a mix of classic celebrations—from St. Patrick’s Day fun to Easter joy, the Masters excitement, and the thrill of the Kentucky Derby.
Picture yourself surrounded by blooming florals, enjoying a delicious menu of Southern-inspired dishes (both savory and sweet), and sipping on refreshing, spring cocktails that capture the essence of Southern hospitality. Whether you’re gathering with friends and family or celebrating a special occasion, The Blind Pig is the perfect place to embrace the magic of spring in the South.

Reservations are recommended and open up 30 days in advance, but we’re also happy to welcome walk-ins based on availability. The eight bar seats at the bar are first come, first served. Join us Tuesday through Sunday starting at 5 p.m. for this seasonal experience.

Reservations open up 30 days in advance on Open Table

Yes, a few our cocktails can be made as mocktails and are denoted on our menu
-What is the age requirement?
All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to join us at The Blooming Pig
